How much are your services?

Rates will vary depending on the service required. I offer package services that charge a flat rate
for common issues. All other services will be quoted on an individual basis. Top

Absolutely! In addition, if you’re having a package service performed, and an issue is discovered,
the price of the package will be included in the estimate. Top

How does remote service work?

Once the initial setup is done, a remote service is as easy as sending an email! A small file
download is required for the initial remote connection. After the initial setup, which you can find
instructions for HERE, if you need assistance in the future, all you have to do is allow me access.
It’s that easy!

Is remote service safe?

Absolutely! A remote service connection uses 128-bit encryption, which protects BOTH sides of
the connection. I can only access your PC if you allow me to, and you are free to watch your PC
screen while I work. In order for me to see your screen, you have to share a random 12 digit code
with me. I will be the only person with access to your computer.
