Contact us with as much info on what happened as you can
We will contact you and work out a time to diagnose
After diagnosis, We will quote you an estimated cost for repair
We carry a small inventory of quick repair parts, to keep overhead as low as possible
If a part needs to be ordered, We will require a 50% deposit
Once parts arrive, we will complete the repair as quickly as possible

If you have not installed the secure remote software, you must first follow the tutorial here.
Once you have the secure software installed, follow these instructions:

Find this icon on your desktop (Crossloop), and double-click on it.

	You do not need an account to use this software, click SKIP on the bottom right.
	This window may or may not appear. If it does click CLOSE to continue.
	Once you see this screen, you are ready for remote help. The 12 digit code in this picture is just an example, yours will be different each time. Call us with your 12 digit code, and click the connect button.
	I now have two minutes to initialize the connection.
	Click YES to accept the incoming connection.
	You will see this screen when a secure connection has been established.

Preparing your PC for remote help couldn’t be easier! Just follow these simple steps, and you’re on your way. First let’s start out by downloading this free, secure software package, Here.

	When prompted to save or run the file, choose RUN.
If you see the message “A program needs your permission to continue” click CONTINUE.
	If you see the message “A program needs your permission to continue” click CONTINUE.
	Choose which icon you would like (this will help you find the program later) We suggest you uncheck the quick launch icon. Click next.
	The program is now ready to install. Click the INSTALL button to continue.
	Congratulations! The secure remote client is now installed. Uncheck the “Launch Crossloop” box for now, and click on FINISH.

Once the initial setup is done, a remote service is as easy as sending an email! A small file
download is required for the initial remote connection. After the initial setup, which you can find
instructions for HERE, if you need assistance in the future, all you have to do is allow us access.
It’s that easy!

Is remote service safe?

Absolutely! A remote service connection uses 128-bit encryption, which protects BOTH sides of
the connection. We can access your PC only if you allow us to, and you are free to watch your PC
screen while we work. In order for us to see your screen, you have to share a random 12 digit code
with us. We will be the only people with access to your computer.
