Initiating a secure remote connection
If you have not installed the secure remote software, you must first follow the tutorial here.
Once you have the secure software installed, follow these instructions:
Find this icon on your desktop (Crossloop), and double-click on it. ![]()

Once you see this screen, you are ready for remote help. The 12 digit code in this picture is just an example, yours will be different each time. Call us with your 12 digit code, and click the connect button. |

I now have two minutes to initialize the connection. |

Click YES to accept the incoming connection. |

You will see this screen when a secure connection has been established. |
